As a Specialist Wellness Counsellor, l support individuals navigating emotional pain, grief, addiction recovery, trauma and couples counselling, journey to self discovery and other aspects of life that affect many. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed or stuck and looking for a space to be heard and seen. My approach is compassionate and holistic, using truth, depth and reflection to help clients understand their experiences, build healthy coping skills , and develop the resilience and self awareness needed to navigate life beyond our sessions.

My core strength is transforming perception , guiding clients to see their challenges in ways that unlock clarity, growth and resilience. My approach is rooted in self awareness, emotional insight and practical coping tools. I aim to leave you feeling lighter.
