I am a Clinical Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa for 16 years. I offer psychological assessments and therapy for patients of all ages. I know that exploring your emotions and having to talk about your challenges and experiences can be daunting. It is therefore my priority to create a safe space and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, self esteem issues, bullying, scholastic and neurodivergent challenges to name but a few. I primarily make use of cognitive-behavioral therapy however I draw on techniques of other therapies and tailor my interventions based on the need of my clients.
