I am a registered counselling psychologist who believes wholeheartedly in the power of psychology and the potential for healing that a safe, non-judgemental therapy relationship can create. I am also aware that starting therapy can feel very scary and so I aim to create a space where your voice can be heard in a meaningful way in a manner that you are comfortable with.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and families using DBT skills such as mindfulness as a way to help clients gain insight and learn to manage their lives more effectively. I have trained in Psychodynamic, Narrative, Dialectical Behavioural, Sandtray, Expressive Arts, Schema and family therapies.
I view therapy as a manner in which to make sense of, and put life experiences in perspective so that you are no longer held hostage by your past.

The group is a closed group (no new members will join half way through). The group covers DBT theory and skills but also act as a support group for individuals who are attempting to implement DBT skills and require a space to be able to share their struggles in a safe, non judgemental environment with like-minded individuals.
