About
Flourish Well-being is an independent psychological practice, under which I offer mental health services. I find purpose in assisting individuals on their life journey. My aim is to assist individuals and/or families on their path to achieving emotional and mental stability, assisting children, adolescents and adults struggling with challenges in daily life or overcoming traumatic events.
I offer individual, family and play therapy, psycho-education workshops as well as Babies in Mind Workshops (supportive workshops for first-time mothers and fathers), and work primarily from and asset-based approach, as I believe that each person has the strength inside them to get through tough times, we all just need some support now and then.
If you are feeling overwhelmed or having a difficult time emotionally, please do not hesitate to get in touch. This is a judgement-free space where your empowerment will be my main priority. Each person is the expert in their own life, and with a bit of support, you too can flourish.
