My passion for the field of counselling is driven by the strong belief that the counselling process can be transformative and rewarding for those who wish to undertake it.
My approach to counselling is founded on the Person-Centred Approach, which is centred on the principle that the client is the expert on themselves. This means that I take a collaborative, non-directive approach where I act as a facilitator for the client, assisting them with exploration and guiding them through the process.
My services include individual counselling, focusing on areas such as personal development, emotional regulation skills, life stressors, feelings of anxiety and ADHD support.
