Starting therapy is a courageous and very important step. It is possible that you have experienced a variety of losses, changed how you normally feel, or felt a strong desire to understand more about and appreciate who you are. Counselling is a setting that can be useful for navigating these situations, discovering new identities, and getting over obstacles in life. The main objective of therapy is to essentially improve the client's relationship with themselves and the outside world, in addition to helping them realize their goals. We assist clients in pursuing their ideal quality of life during therapy.
I am a Counselling Psychologist providing therapy to adults, adolescents and teenagers, and couples. I employ holistic approach using various techniques that are most suited to the needs of the clients.
Together with the client, I aim to provide a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental environment in therapy. The goal of therapy is to support the patient's path towards discovering, understanding, and exploring the most vulnerable and deepest aspects of themselves. My belief is that psychological development and well-being can be facilitated via collaboration.
