I have training and experience in working with mood, anxiety, psychosis, and personality disorders; grief; relational issues; and behaviour. My key areas of interest include maternal mental health, trauma, and guiding individuals through life-stage difficulties from birth to death, integrating various therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment for each clients' individual needs.
My approach is integrative, tailored to the individual needs of each client, creating a safe space for collaborative self-discovery and healing. I aim to empower and support clients on their transformative journey towards inner growth and well-being.
Just as nature exists effortlessly, we too have the innate potential to foster our own change and growth with the right conditions. A safe and nurturing environment can facilitate a collaborative unfurling of this transformation. I am passionate about creating a stable foundation within which individuals can unravel and unpack in the context of care.
