Dr Rubina Setlhare is a neurodiverse psychologist and Life Design Specialist with extensive experience working within professional contexts and community-based structures. Rubina works across the life span with all ages. Together, we focus on individual and systemic assets to promote personal agency to promote sustainable progress, with a focus on neurodiversity. Based in both Cape Town and Johannesburg, Rubina has a Pan African focus with established professional and academic links beyond our national borders, including Kenya, Cameroon, Ghana, India and Brazil. Rubina has published on these processes in academia.
Following a Narrative Life Design process, we support adolescents and adults, to leverage personal life narratives to consciously work toward realising your personal and career aspirations. This process involves 'neurally' recreating narratives within a safe space, to explore future alternatives together. We work systemically with individuals and in groups.
