Hello and Welcome! My name is Roxanne and I am a clinical psychologist based in both the Southern Suburbs & the Helderberg (Cape Town). Reaching out for support is a courageous first step, and I am glad that you are here. Change often begins with small steps – moments of insight, perseverance, and self-compassion that gradually build into meaningful transformation. Whether for healing, deeper understanding or growth, my role is to meet you where you are, and walk alongside you in aims of uncovering your strengths, broadening perspectives, and creating a space where you feel empowered and heard.
I work with adults to create spaces grounded in trust, safety, and collaboration, and which recognize that everyone’s path through life is different. Using an integrative approach, we will explore what feels difficult right now while also uncovering the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and the world around you.
