Hallo! I offer client-centered counselling services to individuals and couples. I am available for in-person and online sessions. My services cater to adults and are available in both English and Afrikaans. While I provide non-faith-based counselling, I approach my clients from a Christian perspective, recognising inherent value and unique purpose. I strive to create a non-judgmental and accepting environment, regardless of clients' beliefs and backgrounds, allowing them to share their mistakes, fears, and hopes in a safe space. I am continually inspired by the strength and resilience of the clients I work with.
Working with my clients, I assist in the following areas: relationship difficulties; premarital guidance; daily pressures and stress; loss and grief; difficulties in communication and self-expression; rediscovering the self after loss of identity; self-esteem and self-worth improvement; and emotional regulation.
I believe in embracing the entirety of each individual, recognising that every client and couple is wonderfully complex and unique. When clients come to me, they are welcomed as their whole selves. There’s no need to conceal any part of who they are to be accepted. Everyone is encouraged to show up as they are—you are welcome, all of you is welcome.

I want clients to realize that they are capable of overcoming the obstacles they are facing. I am here to support and empower you. When we part ways, I want you to feel and be okay on your own.
