I am a compassionate and welcoming Counselling Psychologist dedicated to providing exceptional care with an innate ability to establish rapport, build trust, and relate to individuals on all levels. I have extensive knowledge and experience in counselling techniques and I'm able to provide psycho-education on various mental health issues.
My psychotherapeutic approach draws on various modalities and interventions which are tailored to the uniqueness and specific needs of each client. My hope is to allow you a safe and caring space to express yourself freely without any judgement.
