I am a Registered Counsellor based in the Northern Suburbs, offering counselling to primary school children who are experiencing anxiety, bullying, or school-related stress. I also work with young adults who are feeling overwhelmed by life choices, stress, or self-esteem difficulties.
I use a range of therapeutic tools to help clients develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and gain a better understanding of what is within and outside of their control.
