I'm a Clinical Psychologist with specialisation in child and adolescent psychology. I am committed to promoting well-being in children, adolescents, and families. I work from a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, which includes a focus on attachment and meeting clients at their basic need of safety and security. I use Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) as part of my intervention for trauma, anxiety, and grief. BWRT is a technique that harnesses the brain's ability to rewire itself. It helps individuals process and reframe traumatic experiences more effectively.
My special interest in developmental psychology informs an integrative understanding of the child, adolescent, parent, and adult. I use the bottom-up trauma-informed approaches which prioritises the root causes of trauma and psychological distress, regulates the nervous system, promotes safety, and builds a strong foundation for healing and growth.
I aim to holistically support individuals and families through challenging times, empowering skills that foster resilience and promote emotional well-being.
