I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist who is devoted to meeting his client where they need the most. While I work predominantly from a psychodynamic approach, I specifically tailor my client's psychotherapy treatment to cater to their unique, immediate needs. I am thus able to adapt accordingly to ensure I provide the necessary care and treatment to all.
I am a warm and empathetic therapist who thrives to provide a safe space wherein my client and I carefully explore the origin of their current stressors and, in many ways, how their preferred ways of coping may not be helpful. I aim to ensure that my client always feels heard and understood as I believe we often lack this experience in our day-to-day lives.
