My ideal client is individuals from the age of 12 who wishes to work on improving their own well-being. Psyched up focuses on development rather than exclusively pathology, psyching you up for life and dealing with life stressors. the practice motto is that your body will follow where you mind will lead. Psyched up offers a wide range of individual and group, psychology-based, interventions, programs and workshops. The practice is based on 4 pillars namely Psychotherapy, Psychological assessments, programs and workshops, as well as self- and sport/ talent development.
I use REBT and Brainspotting to help individuals or groups reach their full potential. Assessments include school readiness, general scholastic, Dyslexia, career and subject choice assessments. Programs/ workshops include academic skills and a sport/ talent development program. Psychotherapy includes counselling for any life challenge you are facing.
With 13 years of experience and having worked with a wide variety of individuals and groups I have come to realize that every person has the ability to improve, no matter how significant or minute. Small steps are needed to get you moving in the right direction and it will be a privilege to become part of your developmental journey.
