I enjoy working hand in hand with my clients to help them overcome any difficulties that they are facing. I offer the support that they may need to explore any difficulties and move forward. Exploring these difficulties can be uncomfortable and intense but I am there to offer support and guidance.

I specialize in trauma; so my ideal client would be an individual who wants to work through past trauma. My ideal client's goals are self-discovery and personal growth; they should have a need to explore their past and present, to build a better future. My ideal client is someone who wants to change.

I predominantly work from a person-centered approach, to ensure that clients feel safe enough to be and become their authentic selves. This approach allows me to integrate my therapy with various modalities, depending on the client's unique needs. I have a keen passion for psychopathology on all levels of severity; with the goal to optimize functioning while maintain integrity & identity.

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate through life challenges with ease. Challenges may include the following: Adjustment issues, Bereavement and loss, relationship issues, communication, parental issues, overall mental health awareness, coping with change, re-intergration.

I am a passionate counselor, placed on this earth to help people. I love what I do. My experience allows me to feel confident that I provide a safe and confidential space that enables my clients to feel free to express themselves comfortably and without judgement. I thrive in many areas of counselling. I am the strongest when it comes to dealing with relationships, marital problems, mental health issues, addiction, grief and trauma. I also offer play therapy for children. I love helping someone to re-frame their lives and realize their full potential.

I work from an integrated framework, tying together the need for solutions, the desire to flourish and the ability to overcome. I have an appreciation for the solutions-focused mindset, where I acknowledge the value of learning from the past; helping you to integrate the skills you already have with new awareness and assets to face your challenges from a new perspective.
