As a counselor and social worker with nearly 50 years of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting many individuals, couples and families, through various life transitions and challenges. I strive to help all clients recognize and uncover their resilience, embracing each person’s unique coping mechanisms in a non-judgmental and compassionate environment. My work has included extensive support in loss, grief, and bereavement counselling, helping clients navigate the emotional complexities of mourning and healing.
Loss, grief, and mourning are significant aspects of our lives, and I guide clients through these emotions and the challenges they bring. I am particularly passionate about healing relationships, emphasizing preventative work in premarital counseling, as well as promoting employee wellness and work-life balance through programs like Prepare-Enrich.
