My psychotherapy approach is client orientated, I have been trained in various psychotherapeutic modalities, I help people recognize their strengths and find resources to cope with everyday problems and adversity. I offer; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Stress management; Trauma (loss & bereavement) , Adjustment issues & career assessment and development.
I believe in offering a safe nonjudgmental, confidential space, that allows expression and reflection of one’s suppressed emotions, negative thoughts and past unresolved issues. Thus the process clears the way to self-knowledge, assertiveness and ultimate self-actualization.
