Provides psychological counseling to the clients with physical, emotional and mental health issues, helping them to resolve crises, reduce feelings of distress, and improve their sense of wellbeing. Improves psychosocial wellbeing of individuals and families and communities. Offers traumatic debriefing to clients exposed to traumatic events. Conducts Psycho-Education and mental health promotion for primary prevention. Conducts psychological Assessments and Marital counseling. Report writing and providing feedback to clients on interventions.

I work along with clients need improvement by counselling helping them through consideration of their body, mind and spirit. I also offer individual counselling, life style coaching, counselling for general problems, addiction including drugs and alcohol abuse, provide guidance and support to children and adolescents with addiction disorders.
