Hi, my name is Nozuko Dlodlo. I am specialist wellness counselor. Welcome to a healing space. If you feel overwhelmed, burnt out, finding difficulty in making decisions, then this is the right space for you. I support individuals and families who are struggling with issues such as internal conflicts, low mood, life sudden changes, grief, anxious feelings, family conflicts, couples/marriage counselling and suicidal thoughts. I provide a welcoming and non-judgemental space where feelings can be explored in a safe space. I exercise extreme empathy as individuals navigate these feelings.
I provide a space for personal reflection in order to optimize personal development and to minimize unproductive thought processes. I understand that taking a first step towards healing is often not easy. However, walking the journey of self-discovery with a caring person makes a huge difference.
