About
Do you know what your purpose in life is? Mine is to facilitate how you navigate through life in order to find that purpose. I am a HPCSA Registered Counsellor in part-time private practice with over 7 years experience in counselling for individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. I believe in creating a space for my clients to grow and develop. I see individuals as people who already have the potential to grow, learn, unlearn and gain mastery in their lives. I am just a catalyst or facilitator in cultivating that potential.
In therapy, I utilize an integrative approach, with person-centred principles. This allows me to understand clients from a holistic view. I also believe that each client is different and therapy should be catered or tailor-made according to their needs.
The first step in taking charge of your life and mental health is to contact a professional. So if you are reading this now and you are going to contact me. I applaud you for taking that step.
