Therapy, counselling, coaching the list is endless. My goal is to find the right fit for you as client. Whether it’s a short term solution or a more in-depth exploration of negative behaviors, emotions or patterns there is a fit. I believe each individual has the ability to resolve personal problems on a certain level. The level depends on the individual, their resources, time, financial, social and environmental constraints. Working together we find what’s right for you!
My approach is holistic as I draw on the individual to develop a treatment uniquely suited to them.
My past experience as a development officer for a Rape Crisis centre in England gives me a broad range of skills to draw on.
