Clients come to my office with many different issues, but they all have one thing in common: They want to be heard, they want to heal, and they want to grow.
This is where I come in. I work largely from a Person Centered Approach, where I believe that you are the expert in your life, and that you have the ability to identify and implement the change and healing that you wish to see. We walk this journey at your pace, and in the direction that you feel we should go. I will suggest and facilitate as needed.
One of my core values is empowerment, and I see my role as being to hear, to validate, and to facilitate the process - but the real growth comes from you.
