Hello! I am a Specialist Wellness Counsellor. I graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a BA Honours degree in Psychology. I have certificates in counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My journey in counselling started at The South African Depression & Anxiety Group (SADAG) which led me to open a private practice where I focus on individual wellbeing.
My aim is to provide emotional support and solution-focused counselling for individuals who seek mental and overall wellness.
I have a special interest in working with young adults. I relate well to the various life experiences of this age group and I understand how challenging this phase of life can be.
