I am very interested in human behaviour and facilitating insight in clients. I work with a broad range of psychological challenges ranging from depression and anxiety to couples therapy. I regard patients as the experts in their lives, thus finding a collaborative approach works best for me in terms of establishing goals and treatment outcomes.
I also expect patients to take accountability and be actively involved in therapeutic change and finding meaning in their journey to wellness. I encourage clients to express themselves in an emotionally intimate and vulnerable manner in order to return to their optimum level of functioning.
I am a therapist trained and primarily working in the psychodynamic and attachment-based intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy modalities. My special interests are depression, anxiety, personality aspects, couples therapy, gender affirming healthcare and sexual health.
