Hello, I'm Tash, I provide psychotherapy and support to individuals and families struggling or living with the impact of mental illness, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties and substance-related and addictive disorders. I also offer mental health workshops and in-house training for businesses.
I know therapy can feel daunting—you don’t need to have everything figured out. Together, we can work toward understanding your experiences and creating meaningful change.
I have a special interest in drug or alcohol addiction, problem gambling or gaming, and those wanting to reduce their substance use. I’m also passionate about working with people navigating trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD and personality disorders, as well as those facing stress-related challenges or relationship distress.
