My ideal client is a spouse, parent, caregiver, or whatever role they may play whereby they are experiencing behavioural or emotional challenges. They are concerned, motivated and wanting to get help to navigate these challenges they may experience.
This is where I come in. I offer guidance, empathy and practical strategies to overcome these challenges. Specialising in Play based intervention allows me to work with a wide range of children and teenagers experiencing and navigating difficult situations in their lives.
Contact me for an introductory session where you come into my beautifully set up practice and we assess the situation. I then work out a plan and set goal ls for our therapeutic process. It takes 8-12 sessions to start seeing a difference.
