I have helped people who struggled with anxiety, depression, making decisions (career and relationship), goal setting, addiction, relationships, sleeping, weight loss, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, hijackings, armed robberies, broken marriages, problems at work or with children and many more.
I will come alongside you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. Emotional issues and past trauma influence the body and mind. I use various techniques from play therapy with children to MLNP among other techniques to help people heal from past events and trauma. Every person is unique and there is no one technique or method that fits everybody.
I see myself as an empathetic, kind and compassionate person with excellent listening skills who helps people become what they know deep down they can be.
