I am a registered Educational Psychologist based in Centurion, working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing academic, emotional, or behavioural difficulties. Many of my clients feel that things are harder than they should be. I focus on identifying underlying factors and providing practical, evidence-based support. My work combines assessment and therapy, depending on individual needs, and I support difficulties such as anxiety, emotional regulation, attention, and school-related stress. I also work with individuals whose functioning does not reflect their potential.
I help children, adolescents, and adults understand and manage academic, emotional, and behavioural challenges. I offer therapy and assessments to identify underlying difficulties and provide practical, evidence-based support for anxiety, attention, emotional regulation, and school-related concerns.
