My Therapy International is a multi-disciplinary practice with 5 focus areas namely 1) Psychotherapy and Traumatology for treatment of - suicidality, depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, borderline personality disorder, unresolved trauma and amputee support, 2) Relationship therapy, for couples of any sexual orientation, polyamorous families, reconstituted families, specialising in "last chance" couples and 3) Sex therapy and sexuality counselling for problems with sexual functioning and sexual identity issues 4) Support for South African expats currently living abroad, 5) Neuro - Behavioural Life Coaching.
We focus on evidence based, scientifically validated therapies that are results orientated. Our integrative psychotherapies are based on IFS, AEDP, DBT, CPT, CBT, REBT/RBT. Our relationship therapy is based on EFT, RLT and IBCT, our sexuality therapy and counselling are based on Universal Integralism and our coaching model on neuroscience & flow psychology.
