I am a Registered Counsellor who is very passionate about helping people to deal with their mental health challenges. I believe that we all have the capacity and resilience to deal with our daily life challenges but it requires therapy to realise such skills. I uphold the required ethical conduct and a safe space which gives the client the freedom to express themselves in a way they feel comfortable without any judgement.
I offer the following services: trauma Counselling, substance abuse,bereavement, career guidance, Anxiety, employee wellness, stress management, anger management, couples and family challenges, marital and pre- marital problems, self esteem, relationship issues, coping skills.
The approach that I primarily use include person centred therapy and solution focused brief therapy (SFBT).
