I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Sessions are offered in English, Tshivenda, and IsiZulu in person in Midrand or online via Google Meet. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive.
You deserve a space where you don’t have to perform wellness. Where you can be honest, messy, and uncertain, and still be met with care.
