I am looking to work with anyone who wants to start the journey of their own healing. This is the bravest and most honouring endeavour we can do for ourselves. To begin a process of exploring each individual's unique energies, gifts,fragility and life challenges. I work with a range of issues including but not limited to bereavement, depression and anxiety, relationship issues, mothering, childhood trauma, self esteem, self growth spiritual growth and general life transitions. My aim is to offer a ' soft place to fall' as we work to understand and begin that process of healing.
I offer a compassionate, kind and holding space where I would work together with my client to think about and gain insight into their current situation.
