I believe that everyone has the ability to unleash their potential. Life obstacles such as past and current trauma, managing family dynamics, interpersonal relationships, friendships, parenting, career demands and social demands leave one feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. These has made it difficult for many to people to realise and unleash their potential. My role as a Clinical Psychologist is to help my clients navigate these obstacles allowing them to thrive as individuals and have meaningful relationships.
I work with with adolescents, adults and couples. I treat a variety of conditions ranging from anxiety, depressions, adjustment issues, trauma, bereavement,etc. I practice from an Eclectic approach. I am also Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) practitioner and clients give positive feedback about it.
