I am an empathic and passionate Counselling Psychologist offering services for Individuals, couples, families, groups and organizations. Psychological assessment (incl. career guidance assessments) and psychotherapy are part of the services offered to adults, adolescents and children. Both inpatient and outpatient mental health services are offered. Clients are assisted to live life without the hindrance of emotional, behavioural and cognitive struggles. Services are offered in a non judgemental space with support in developing more fulfilling life experiences.
I speak and work in Nguni languages also. I have the benefit of experience in working through the stress of poor financial health, management development, and mentoring. Specializations include chronic illness management, weight management counselling, insomnia, grief and panic attacks. Play therapy and expressive arts are some of the approaches used
I look forward to working with alleviation of pain of any kind. Engaging to identify the source of difficulty and working through ways of living a healthier and more productive life. This is a safe space to try and understand yourself and your difficulties better. Online therapy is available for adults and face to face sessions are also offered as needed.
