My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional pain, trauma, or major life transitions. Many face work-related stress, depression, anxiety, grief, or relationship struggles. Others are survivors of abuse, addiction, or childhood trauma seeking healing and stability. I also support those exploring identity and belonging, including members of the LGBTQI+ community, who desire an inclusive, affirming, and compassionate space to feel understood, build resilience, and reclaim their sense of purpose and emotional well-being.
I provide counselling for trauma, suicide, addiction, relationships, childhood abuse, and emotional distress using a person-centered, solution-focused approach. I offer trauma debriefing, crisis intervention, and GBV support for children. Trained in teletherapy and Indigenous African practices, I create inclusive, affirming spaces for the LGBTQI+ community.
