I work with children through play intervention, i work with couples for couples counselling and pre-marital counselling and I also work alongside individuals. I use a holistic wellness approach as i believe the best way to help anyone is to consider all the aspects that make us human. I am also available for online counselling if the clients prefer that.
Utilising a holistic approach , each problem will be addressed with various counselling approaches.
It is my passion to work alongside someone on their healing journey and for them to realize what they capable of overcoming and the strength that they carry within themselves.
