About
Life is full of ups and downs. In the end it is the journey that matters most and that teaches us the most. Psychotherapy offer an individual the opportunity to collaborate with a therapist to overcome any obstacles that are hindering their progress or growth. The process of therapy addresses emotional, relational, cognitive and occupational concerns. I collaborate with the client and personalise an approach most beneficial to the client. To me psychotherapy is a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in which to explore and better understand yourself, your relationships, and the challenges or difficulties that you face.
I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, adults and older adults (65 years and older). My other services include couples therapy/marriage counselling, trauma counselling and family therapy. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Gestalt therapy, Family therapy, Play therapy and REBT.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Life offers a lot of different paths, you can choose your path. Psychotherapy is a space in which to access your own wisdom, while being supported in figuring out what you want to do. As your therapist I will help you learn and apply the tools necessary to grow with life's ups and downs.
