I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In our intake session we will explore your reasons for counselling and what your goals are and approach we will be taking. With CBT we will have a look at how your thoughts affects emotions and experiences. In treatment i will help you navigate those thoughts to help you feel better.
