I am able to provide therapy to anyone who is seeking help. I see clients ranging from the age of 6 all the way to 65+ years old. I look at a person holistically, believing that physical health is a key role in your emotional well-being and mental health. Together, I enjoy going on a journey with my clients, being the reassuring hand at the small of their back, encouraging them every step of the way in their healing journey. I provide my clients with the safe, non-judgemental space they need to feel all they need to and explore everything they feel needs to be explored.
I can help as I have many years experience working with all types of people in the school environment as well as in the corporate world before I chose to specialise in wellness counselling. I offer a wide range of therapy techniques and interventions and fit my therapy sessions according to the client in front of me.
I believe every person, young and old deserves the chance to become the best version of themselves, who become happy, contributing people in society. Each person is worthy of being their best, true self, irregardless of their past and trauma they may have experienced in their lives. I speak English and Afrikaans fluently. I am efficient in SASL as well.
