Working with children through to adulthood, I enjoy working with a variety of issues. Ideally, clients wanting to work on emotional (or behavioral) difficulties, personal development, self-insight & improving their general emotional well-being - in other words, being invested in their process - yields the best therapeutic results. Change is a process & through a collaborative therapeutic process, clients can benefit from my experience & education as I guide them through understanding their past experiences, & impact on present life, clients can gain insight, learn skills & grow from therapy at any age.
Typically, working with clients involves a variety of issues that they might want to address. Through an eclectic & person-centered approach, incorporating a variety of therapeutic principles & philosophies, I am able to tailor a treatment program to meet the specific needs of each individual. Working eco-systemically, younger clients are further supported.
I invite clients to engage in therapy or assessment in order to assist them in achieving to their full potential, developing various skills & gaining insight into themselves while addressing & assisting in solving personal challenges. Change can be challenging, however through therapy, you do not need to face it alone.
