We specialise in providing counseling to people ranging between the ages of 15 and 65+ that are struggling with identity and intimacy, lack of purpose, feelings of inadequacy and depression, looking for meaning in their lives, as well as meaning in their future and current relationships. We have a passion for working with couples and families who have conflict or communication problems and we also have extensive experience in working with career-driven clients as coaches and counselors.
We have immense sympathy with anyone who struggles with any form of damaging, negative, or anxiety inducing thought processes that results in a lower quality of life. We offer various after-office hours and weekend counseling services and welcome individuals, couples, and families for sessions.
We focus on guiding clients and providing them with tools and techniques to overcome their greatest, sometimes most seemingly impassable obstacles. We believe in our clients and invest in their quality of life, believing that they can and should live their best lives.
