Our approach is to use what is effortlessly available to us to espouse healing. To this end, we use counselling, body-mind and mind-body techniques to prompt healing. We work to create a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental environment for you to explore tools that will empower you to tackle challenges you may encounter. . We strongly believe that a therapist, as a fellow traveler with the client, ought to be authentic and pragmatic in embarking on the journey of healing.
In the journey with our clients, we employ a combination of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems and Transpersonal Therapy. We have often worked with our clients on issues of infertility, grief, trauma, spirituality, identity exploration and expatriation. Our work is informed by neurobiology, attachment theory and systems theory.
