I provide individual and couples counselling to adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, grief, relationship challenges, behavioural difficulties, and other life stressors. I facilitate support groups and interactive workshops for adults, adolescents, and children on a wide range of topics, promoting growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
Additionally, I offer school readiness, scholastic and career guidance assessments.
