I am a Social Worker in private practice with a specific focus on providing counseling and emotional support to adults. My experience of 19 years include working in the UK for 3 years. In addition, I am an internationally trained SYMBIS couples facilitator. SYMBIS is an assessment tool from America which provides couples (pre-engaged, engaged, married, entering 2nd marriages and blended families) with a 16-18 page report about their unique relationship dynamics. This report provides a great foundation to start understanding your partner and your unique relationship dynamics. It is especially valuable in pre-marital counseling.
I offer individual counselling to adults in the areas of grief and loss, couple's/marital therapy, divorce, stress management, adjustment issues,low self-esteem, boundary and assertiveness as well as assisting clients to cope with mild symptoms of depression and anxiety. In addition, I offer Employee Wellness Services to Corporate Companies - big and small.
