My ideal clients are teens and adults facing low self-worth, stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or feeling distant from God. Many carry guilt, past mistakes, or uncertainty about their identity and purpose. They long for a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard, encouraged, and guided with biblical truth. Their desire is to find healing, freedom, and restoration in Christ, to build healthier relationships, grow in faith, and embrace the joy, hope, and confidence of living as the person God created them to be.
As a Christian counsellor, I walk alongside teens and adults on their journey to healing and growth. I provide a safe, supportive space with compassionate listening, biblical wisdom, and practical tools. I help clients face stress, anxiety, self-worth, and spiritual struggles while pointing them to Christ’s love and true identity in Him.
Life can feel overwhelming, and seeking help isn’t always easy. You don’t have to walk this journey alone. I would be honored to listen, support you through your struggles, and remind you of Christ’s deep love.
