Marésa Kolesky is a Counselling Psychologist who believes that much of what brings people to therapy begins to make sense once their story is fully heard. Patterns that now feel painful or limiting often began as ways of coping, and she approaches them with curiosity rather than judgement. She works with clients from the age of 17, offering in-person and online therapy for individuals and couples.

Marésa supports clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, from stress, adjustment challenges and relationship concerns to more complex presentations such as trauma, mood and anxiety disorders. Her approach is integrative and person-centred at its core.

Central to her work is the relationship she offers. Rather than setting out to fix or change a person, Marésa provides a therapeutic relationship that each client can use for their own growth, grounded in genuine empathy, authenticity and unconditional acceptance.
