For trauma survivors - by a trauma survivor. I offer trauma-informed online counselling to adolescents and adults who appear capable on the outside but feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. Are you struggling with trauma, chronic stress, grief, difficult relationships or major life changes? I offer a warm, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental space where we can gently understand what you are carrying. Together, we can build practical skills for emotional regulation, boundaries, self-trust and a greater sense of safety, helping you move forward at a pace that feels manageable.

I specialise in trauma recovery, post-traumatic growth and nervous system healing. Through gentle, trauma-informed online counselling, I help adolescents and adults understand their responses, process difficult emotions and develop practical tools for grounding, emotional regulation, coping and self-compassion.

Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially when you have spent a long time coping on your own. You do not need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin.
