The people I work with are often holding so much anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship struggles, or the aftershocks of emotional trauma. What they long for most is space to breathe, to feel safe, and to begin coming home to themselves again.
I specialise in supporting individuals and couples who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or depleted, whether from trauma, burnout, relationship strain, or a sense of having lost themselves along the way. My approach is person-centred and compassionate, drawing on emotional insight, body-based awareness, practical tools, and the Enneagram.
