I also enjoy working with parents and caregivers who want practical support in navigating co-parenting after separation, and those who are considering fostering or adopting (and want to understand what that journey looks like).
For younger children, I use play therapy techniques - because children speak through play when they can find the actual words. For adolescents and adults, I offer individual and couples counselling, using an array of therapeutic techniques.
I specialise in individual, families, community outreach and career counselling and career guidance support.
I also support individuals who are figuring out what comes next, whether that's choosing subjects, applying to university, exploring career options, or navigating a career shift. I also work with families in the foster care and adoption space, offering information sessions and preparation support for those considering this path, as well as aftercare support.
